Hi! I’m Priscilla!

I’m the host of “Your Latina Career Coach” podcast, and I am passionate about helping Latinx professionals achieve their version of personal freedom through their career.

I have always known that my purpose in life is to develop, coach, and hold space for other people and their dreams. This is the through-line in all of my professional and personal experiences. After graduating with a liberal arts degree from a historically women’s college during the Great Recession, I chose to pursue a Master’s degree focused on public policy analysis because I wanted to create more equitable policies for the vulnerable. When I joined Teach for America and became a ninth grade English I teacher in Liberty City, I was devoted to the mission of helping all students receive a first-class education. As a talent recruiter and director for a national charter school district, I recruited high-performing school leaders that would revolutionize entire communities. As an MBA student, I was a passionate student leader who helped create a more equitable and safe space for BIPOC and women MBA’s. I worked tirelessly to admit more BIPOC students into top MBA programs – as an MBA admissions coach for “The Art of Applying” and a member of the CGSM. I also led as Co-President of our Graduate Women in Business Club and re-instated the Latinx MBA club after years of it being dead. After my MBA, I worked as a human capital consultant for a Big 4 Firm where I partnered with high-level executives to help solve some of their most challenging workforce problems. Why? Because I care about people – and I’m here to live out my purpose.

Today, I run my own career coaching practice for Latinx professionals. My goal is to help my clients achieve personal freedom through their career choice, whether that’s more time, more money, or more soul-alignment. I’m here to help you bust through your limiting beliefs about what you can do and how much money you can make. If this sounds like a dream, set up a complimentary call with me today to explore working with me.
